It’s 25% of the way through the Readathon and I’ve managed 2 books so far!

My first was Rainbow Rowell’s Kindred Spirits, a 90 page short story about Star Wars geekery and camping out in cinema queues. Then I continued reading Wintersong, by S Jae-Jones. This Labyrinth-inspired romantic fantasy about a girl rescuing her sister from the Goblin King and discovering her own identity separate to her siblings was a gorgeous gift from the gods in terms of imagery and sheer sexual energy! 400 pages felt like a breeze!

I’ve somehow scoffed a ton of snacks too, but need to go feed my 3 kitty cats right now so will be starting up my 3rd book in the next 15 minutes or so.
